1. What is PurryGood Socials?
PurryGood Socials hosts unique social experiences designed to help people meet others, try something new, and have a great time in a relaxed setting.

Our events take place at independent venues across London and often include a hosted activity, surprise element, or shared experience that brings the group together.

2. What kind of activites do you host?
Every event includes a fun social activity or experience To keep things exciting, the exact activity is usually revealed 24-48 hours before the event. Activities are designed to be beginner-friendly and accessible, so no previous experience is needed.

3. Do I need experience or skills?
Not at all. Our events are designed to be inclusive, relaxed, and beginner-friendly. The focus is on enjoying the experience and connecting with others, not being perfect at the activity.

4. Where do the events take place?
Our socials take place at different independent venues across London, including cafés, restaurants, bars, and other community spaces. When you book your ticket, you’ll receive the event location and key details by email 24-48 hours before.

5. What does my ticket include?
our ticket includes:

• Entry to the event
• The hosted activity or experience
• Any materials or equipment required for the activity
• Access to the venue for the duration of the event

Food and drinks are typically available to purchase directly from the venue unless otherwise stated.

6. Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?
Refunds are available within 10 minutes of booking. If you can no longer attend, you may reschedule your ticket up to 72 hours before the event, subject to availability. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the event.

7. Will there be photos or videos taken during the session?
Yes - we may take photos or videos during our events to share on our website, social media, and promotional materials. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, simply let a member of our team know before or at the start of the event, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

8. Can I come alone?
Absolutely! Many people attend our events solo, and they’re designed to be welcoming and social. Our experiences are a great way to meet new people in a relaxed and friendly environment.

9. Can I book a private event?
Yes! We host private events for:

• birthdays
• team socials
• celebrations
• brand events
• community groups

10. What age do I have to be to attend?
Unless explicitly stated, all PurryGood Craft Club events are open to those 18 years or older - please bring your ID.

11. I run a venue or would like to collaborate. Can we work together?
