PurryGood Craft Club - Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of tickets and participation in events organised by PurryGood Socials, operated by PurryGood LTD ("we", "us", "our").

By purchasing a ticket, registering for, or attending one of our events, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

In these Terms & Conditions, the terms “events”, “socials”, and “experiences” may be used interchangeably to refer to the social gatherings organised by PurryGood Socials.

2. Event Details & Booking Process

PurryGood Socials hosts social events at a variety of venues and partner locations.

Some events may include hosted activities, guest facilitators, or collaborative partners.

Certain elements of the event experience may be revealed closer to the event date.

Tickets must be purchased in advance through our official booking platform. A confirmation email will be sent once payment has been successfully processed.

It is the responsibility of the attendee to ensure that the contact details provided during booking are accurate, as we will use these details to communicate important information about the event.

Unless otherwise specified, attendees must be 18 years or older to attend our events. Some venues may require valid ID.

3. Refunds & Rescheduling

Refunds are available within 10 minutes of purchase. After this period, tickets are non-refundable.

Tickets may be rescheduled up to 72 hours before the event, subject to availability.

Rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours before the event cannot be accommodated.

Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold without our permission. We reserve the right to cancel tickets obtained through unauthorised resale.

4. Event Changes & Cancellations

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to event details where necessary. This may include changes to:

  • venue

  • event format

  • activity or experience

  • host or facilitator

Where possible, we will notify attendees in advance using the contact information provided at booking.

If we cancel an event, attendees will be offered either:

  • a full refund, or

  • the option to transfer their booking to another event

We are not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • venue closures

  • severe weather

  • transport disruption

  • public health restrictions

  • strikes or emergencies

5. Attendance & Punctuality

Attendees should arrive at least 15 minutes before the event start time to allow for check-in and event preparation.

Late arrivals may not be able to participate fully in the event experience and may be refused entry at our discretion.

No refunds will be issued for missed events or late arrival.

6. Behaviour & Code of Conduct

We are committed to creating a welcoming and respectful environment for everyone.

Attendees must treat the following with respect:

  • the venue and its staff

  • event organisers and facilitators

  • fellow attendees

Harassment, discrimination, threatening behaviour, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.

Anyone engaging in such behaviour may be asked to leave the event immediately without refund.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or future bookings from individuals who violate this code of conduct.

7. Liability

Attendees participate in our events at their own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PurryGood LTD will not be liable for:

  • personal injury or accidents occurring during events

  • loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings

  • issues related to food or drinks provided by the venue

Attendees must follow all safety instructions provided by event hosts or venue staff.

Participants are responsible for any damage they cause to the venue or property during the event.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Food, Drink & Venue Policies

Many of our events take place in independent venues such as cafés, restaurants, bars, or other hospitality spaces.

Food and drinks may be purchased directly from the venue where available.

PurryGood Socials is not responsible for the preparation, ingredients, allergens, or service of food and beverages provided by partner venues.

Attendees must comply with all venue policies, including age restrictions and house rules.

9. Photography & Filming

Photos and videos may be captured during our events for promotional, marketing, and documentation purposes.

By attending a PurryGood Socials event, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs or video recordings.

These materials may be used by PurryGood Socials for purposes including:

  • social media posts

  • website content

  • marketing campaigns

  • email newsletters

  • promotional materials

  • media or press features

  • paid promotions or boosted social media posts

You will not receive compensation for the use of such media.

If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify a member of our team before or at the start of the event. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, although we cannot guarantee complete exclusion from images captured in public event environments.

All photography and video captured by or on behalf of PurryGood Socials remains the property of PurryGood LTD.

10. Intellectual Property

Any materials, content, designs, or creative work provided during events remain the intellectual property of the event organiser, facilitators, or collaborating partners, unless otherwise stated.

Content shared during events may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.

11. Data Protection

We process personal information in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Personal information collected during bookings is used for purposes including:

  • booking management

  • event communication

  • customer support

  • improving our services

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that you have also read our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
